Monthly Retainer

Are you in need of ongoing support? Setup a monthly retainer with me where you receive 10 hours of support a month. 

You will receive the following: 

1. Ten hours of support to be used before next month's billing date. Example: If you sign up on Feb 14, then you have until March 13 to use your 10 hours of support.
2. Priority Booking - if you need support, you go to the front of the line. Always!
3. Extended hours. My normal business day is 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. My retainer day begins at 9:00 am ET and extends through 5:00 pm ET. M-F. There will be an additional service fees if you need weekend or after retainer hours support.
4. The retainer package is for day to day issues or quick fixes with your existing technology. It does not include creating new technology like developing a website, building out ManyChat or Email automations, etc. Those are considered projects.
5. A 20% discount on any other services outside the scope of the retainer.
