Shipping Information
Standard Shipping Times
At The Crafty Tech Guy, we work hard to get your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible! Most orders ship within 1-3 Business Days of being placed, but keep in mind that we don’t ship on weekends or holidays. During our busy season (August through December), processing may take up to 3-5 Days due to higher demand.
Delivery Timing
- Shipping times are calculated based on when your order is shipped, not when it’s placed.
- For example, “2-day shipping” means two business days after the order ships, not two days from your purchase date.
- Orders shipping to remote areas may take a little longer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined by weight and package size. Occasionally, the shipping total can be a bit off when you order multiple items. If we find an opportunity to lower your shipping costs, we’ll adjust the charge and refund the difference.
While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by carriers (like USPS, UPS, or FedEx) are out of our control. If your order is delayed, we’ll monitor the situation closely until it’s resolved.
Free Shipping Policy
- Free shipping is available for orders over $95 (before taxes, shipping, and discounts) within the 48 contiguous United States.
- Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO boxes, and international destinations are excluded.
- Free shipping will be the least expensive shipping option, which may include USPS Priority Mail or UPS SmartPost. These options are not guaranteed for time-sensitive shipments.
- Free shipping cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, or offers.
Order Confirmation and Payment
Once payment is processed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email at the email address you provided during checkout. After that, we’ll begin processing your order. Please note: All orders are charged at the time of purchase.
